Neste ano o circuito foi ampliado novamente e estará presente em 7 capitais: as mesmas do ano passado Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Porto Alegre (RS), Brasília (DF), São Paulo (SP), Belo Horizonte (MG) e as novidades: Salvador (BA) e Curitiba (PR).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O Circuito das Estações Adidas é constituído por quatro corridas durante o ano, uma em cada estação. As provas acontecem sempre no mesmo local/percurso de forma que os participantes consigam perceber a evolução de seu tempo e performance com o passar do tempo.&lt;br /&gt;Juntando as medalhas de cada etapa se forma uma mandala. O treino de baixa intensidade – que tem como finalidade o descanso do metabolismo – coloca o atleta em movimento dentro de uma zona confortável. Por isso, o ideal é intercalar o regenerativo às corridas longas e os treinos de tiro. "Para adquirir continuidade em sua performance sem prejudicar o funcionamento de seu organismo, sugiro que o corredor faça até uma hora de treino regenerativo, como, por exemplo, caminhada, corrida leve e confortável, bicicleta ou natação até 500 mts no dia seguinte após o treino principal. Mesmo se ele correr apenas três vezes por semana deve intercalar a atividade regenerativa nos dias posteriores aos de força.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana; color: black;"&gt;Esse tipo de treinamento é um dos que mais se aproximam a um padrão de vida saudável. Junto à homenagem a prefeitura, que está apoiando o evento, inaugurará a Alameda Fernando de Oliveira Silva.&lt;br /&gt; A prova se iniciará às 17:00 horas com largada prevista da Alameda Fernando de Oliveira Silva próximo a entrada do bairro Metalúrgico.
